Cyclone Nivar: Tamil Nadu CM announces public holiday tomorrow, urges people to stay indoors 

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami has announced a public holiday in the state tomorrow and has appealed to people to remain indoors in view of the cyclonic storm Nivar.
